Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom jewelry, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations once production has begun (24 hours after order placement). For cancellations that meet our policy, we're happy to issue store credit for future purchases. There are no returns on personalized items.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 24 hours of the original order placement. To request an exchange, please contact us at care@etchandgold.com within this timeframe.

Store Credit (When Applicable): In certain circumstances, such as if an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit. This credit can be used towards any future purchase on our site.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at care@etchandgold.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
