Shipping policy

Processing Time for Custom Pieces: Because each Etch & Gold piece is made to order, please allow 10 to 15 business days for production (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We put a lot of care into crafting each item, and this time allows us to create your unique piece. Please allow extra time during the holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

• Shipping Time: Once your piece is ready and shipped, you can expect delivery within:

  • 2-5 business days for domestic (U.S.) orders

• Tracking Information: You'll receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@etchandgold.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
